Delivery was fine. Intallation in my Magellan was a bit tricky. Not for the electronic/mechanically challenged. Getting the display cable reseated properly and make sure the grounding points are intact or the touch-screen will not work. The unit is working great now with a good battery. I now think the original battery was defective in its capacity from brand new. I now keep the unit out of direct sunlight when not in use to keep it from being too hot when the power is on.
